When will my pair leave you?

Can I collect from Mount Street?
Yes. Collect your order from 124 Mount Street Mews, London W1K 3NR. We will message you when it is ready.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
Outside the UK, UK VAT is not charged where the law allows, and checkout shows the price you pay.
Import duties and taxes in your country are yours to pay, on delivery, unless they are shown and charged at checkout.
Can you send crocodile, alligator, python or ostrich?
Yes. Outside the UK these pairs travel with a CITES permit, which we prepare for each pair. We confirm the timing with you when you order.
