Each pair is then handmade in our workshop and fitted precisely to your own feet, so what you receive is considered, unhurried and entirely your own.

Made with premium french calf leather and a refined Italian leather sole: comfortable, flexible, and battle-tested.
Perfectly paired with a summer dress or tailored suit, these shoes radiate elegance with each poised step.
Care & Maintenance
Store your shoes in the bags provided, in a cool, dry place, and let them rest a day between wears. Use shoe trees to keep their shape.
Brush suede and pony hair gently with a soft brush; feed calf and deer leather with a neutral cream every few months. Velvet needs only a soft brush.
Bring them to Mount Street any time for a polish, or to the factory for a resole when the day comes.
Shipping Information
Every bespoke pair is made to order by hand at our factory in north London. Most commissions take a number of weeks, and we'll agree the timing with you when we speak.
If you need your pair for a fixed date, tell us. A small number of commissions each month can be made on an accelerated schedule, for a surcharge.

Payment Options & Security
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, including Shop Pay instalments. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see your card details.
For a commission you may prefer to pay by bank transfer; ask us and we will send the details.

Bespoke shoes are made for you alone, so they can't be returned, but they come with our fit guarantee: complimentary adjustments until the fit is right, with shipping both ways on us. Every pair carries a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. Email hello@arthursleep.com.
