Every pair can be recrafted and resoled in our London factory for as long as you wear it. Faults in the making are put right at no charge for 12 months.
We look at any pair worth keeping, whether we made it or not.
What the factory can do.
Done by our makers, in the factory where our bespoke shoes are made.
Resoling.New soles in leather or in rubber, including Vibram.
Heels.New heels, and new top pieces where the heel meets the ground.
Restitching.Seams sewn again where the thread has worn or broken.
Colour and finish.Recolouring and refinishing, to bring back the colour and the shine.
Stretching and reshaping.More room where a pair pinches, and its shape back where it has lost it.
Linings and insoles.New linings and insoles where the inside has worn through.
Cleaning and conditioning.The leather cleaned and fed, so it stays supple.

Every pair is different, so we give you the timing with the quote. If you need the pair back by a particular date, tell us when we quote.
