About this pair

The Castro is a relaxed, Cuban-style slipper with a low vamp, for boats, beaches and days off. Made by hand at our London factory, on a last cut to your own feet. Offered in tobacco, black, charcoal grey and hazelnut suede.

How a commission works

A conversation at Mount Street, at home or on a call. A precision scan of both feet. A last made for each pair from your scan and fitting record, refined every time. Made by hand at our factory in London, then fitted with you and adjusted until right.

Time and price

In your standard size, £900. Made to your custom fit, with your 3D scan and fittings, £1,150. Special leathers and details are priced as you choose them. The timing is agreed with you at your first appointment, and we can work to a date that matters.

Care and recraft

Every pair can be recrafted and resoled in our London factory for as long as you wear it. Faults in the making are put right at no charge for 12 months. Recraft and resole

Delivery and returns

A pair made for you alone cannot be returned. It comes with our fit guarantee instead: adjustments until the fit is right, with the postage both ways on us, and a 12-month guarantee against defects in the making. UK delivery is at no charge.
