We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks before you need your shoes, allowing time for your consultation, production, and any final adjustments.
What does the £250 deposit cover?
The deposit secures your chosen production week in our London workshop. This guarantees your slot and allows us to begin preparing for your bespoke consultation. The remaining balance for your shoes will be due upon completion of your fitting and consultation, once we've finalised your design specifications.
Can I change or cancel my production week?
Yes, production weeks can be rescheduled up to 14 days before your booked date, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 14 days, the deposit may be applied as credit toward a future booking.
What happens after I book my production week?
Within 48 hours of booking, our team will contact you to arrange your bespoke consultation at our London workshop.
